Eye Exercises

 1 Sagged Eyelids



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in upper eyelids

Action

1 Put your index finger under your eye

2 Make a right angle with the thumb touching your crows' feet

3 Move index finger until it makes a right angle with the thumb

4 Close your eyes and open in that position

5 Repeat sagged Eyelids workout for 5minutes daily


2 Sagged Lower Eyelids



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in lower eyelids

Action 

1 Place index fingers under your eyes

2 Lookup

3 Look to the wall

4 Close your eyes 

5 Repeat sagged lower eyelids Exercise 


3 Toning the Lower Eyelids



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in lower eyelids

Action 

1 Open your mouth and make an O shape

2 Tilt head backward

3 Look up in that position

4 Tilt-back

5 Repeat toning lower eyelid Exercise


4 Eyes and Cheek Muscles



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in upper eyelids + Cheek muscles

Action

1 Close your eyes tightly to tense up your whole face 

2 Tighten lips and make a duck face

3 Open eyes and mouth wide open make a surprised face

4 Repeat eyes and cheek muscles Exercise


5 Puffy Eyes 



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in upper eyelids

Action

1 Place your hands on your forehead

2 Place your little finger on eyelids while other fingers are on the forehead

3 Remove the little fingers and open your eyes 

4 Repeat puffy eyes exercises
