1 Cheeks Jowl



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in your cheek jowls

Action 

1 Open your mouth wide so that your face gets tense

2 Place your hands on your collarbone

3 Move your hands up your cheeks with your mouth open wide to feel tugging in your cheeks 

4 Repeat sagged cheeks jowl Exercise 




 2 Jowls



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in the jawline

Action

1 Open your mouth wide 

2 Move  jaw sideways from left to right

3 Repeat jowl exercise  daily


3 Toning the Jawline



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in the jawline

Action 

1 Put your two fingers on your jawline

2 Pinch and release the skin along the jawline with your two fingers

3 Repeat sagged toning the jawline Exercise 


4 Firm Cheeks Chiselled Jawline



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in cheek jawline

Action 

1 Purse your lips 

2 Move Jowl forward in that position

3 Open your mouth wide open 

4 Raise your cheeks upwards to your eye level while opening your mouth wide

5 Repeat toning firm cheeks chiseled jawline Exercise


5 Jawline 



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in your jawline and neck

Action 

1 Depress your mouth corners so your neck stretches

2 Raise your lower teeth jawline upwards in that position

3 Repeat  jawline Exercise


6 Underchin Jawline Neck



Goal: Feel stretch and tightness in the jawline

Action

1 Pull your lips over your dentil and look down

2 In that position raise your head to stretch your neck

3 Repeat under-chin jawline Exercise
